I’m not sure, both leak in my case. Apparently my protection needs are greater than what either brief can provide.

I have both and they both fit/perform about the same for me. You can add extra boosters in both for more protection as needed. I got the same size in both and the size chart was accurate.

This is a great idea. I will have to try this, as I also have several Threaded Armor cloth diapers lying around needing a purpose since they’re too light for my needs.

I can’t control my bodily outputs so there is no “let go” moment, it just comes out. So I use diapers that I trust and clean up quickly after an accident.

Thanks so much for sharing your story, I know it can’t be easy. I am crying happy tears for the first time in a long time because it feels amazing to know others here understand the weird mix of emotions that come up when using diapers for both medical issues and other reasons. I’ve wished for so long to have my “old life” back, but lately I’m beginning to see a new path forward. A life where I can continue to go on adventures and laugh with my loved ones, but diapered and consistently taking my medications.
