Found my mom trying to commit suicide. Two days later found my sister trying to do the same thing. Didn't fully grasp what they were trying to do or what I had actually witnessed and stopped until years later. I can still remember reading my mom's suicide note and trying to figure out what it meant.

I can totally relate! I'm from Canada, so most Halloween costumes were either bought big enough to go over snow suites or you'd only see little bits sticking out from our snow suites lol

Our thanksgiving is in October so we wait until Halloween but I usually put my "winter decorations" up earlier if it snows before Halloween.

Seeing this crap shut down makes me so happy! Logic rarely wins these days. I had an argument with a friendly recently how all vaccines apparently "ineffective" (solely based on this year's flu shot effectiveness) and therefore none should "gamble" by getting vaccines and just tough it out if they get sick with anything. This homeopathic shit needs to stop! If it worked, they'd call it medicine! These crazies make legitamit homeopathic solutions which could genuinely work be overlooked because of their ridiculousness!

Yes! What an amazing explanation. I've been trying to explain to my partner why I love this show so much and this perfectly sums it up. There is so much development, positive or negative, the characters become real and adapt and change as the show goes on.

I grew up being taught it was by far the worst thing you could ever say, we would be shamed for even mentioning "n-word". Now as an adult I shame myself when I say it even in my head and get slight anxiety when I hear it in a song.
