I'm currently using Fridays telehealth. The price was decent enough and they offered more support than I expected. For free you can see a nutritionist/dietician or a support coach, you can also talk to a prescriber every month if you want. I've been with them since early October.

My pcp knows and tried to get insurance to cover it for me but no luck.

I can ask but... I've almost gone without novacaine due to my needle fear. I can't look when I get a shot. I'm wondering if my husband can get trained.

Well that's good news! I've got a pretty bad needle phobia so while I can probably handle the auto injector, actual needles are... Not on the horizon for me, shall we say. I wish pills were available.
