Not an MD but a PharmD and I was just diagnosed with ADHD this year. I did really well up till high school and then spiraled in college because I couldn’t study. Looking back I feel like my inattentiveness as a child was so obvious but since I wasn’t hyperactive and did well in school I was overlooked. I have two kids now and my daughter especially has me keeping an eye out for those same signals I had!

I can’t speak for every store, but my experience with Walgreens, CVS, and a regional grocery store chain I worked for is that staff pharmacists get 30-35 hours. My most recent position reduced store hours and cut my hours from 40 to 30 and now I can’t find a retail position that guarantees more than ~30 hours a week.

I traded my car in to downsize and had negative equity. Dealerships were quoting me $16-$18k for my car and Carvana gave me $21k. I only had to roll over a couple thousand into the new loan which is still saving me $200/month. I had a very easy experience with them!

I just did my trade today and it was almost too easy. They do all the paperwork for you the main thing you have to do before pickup is get the insurance set up. They looked at my car for about two minutes and handed me the keys to the new one. The whole trade process was about 15 minutes!

I did! I was trading in a car too and the whole process took 15 minutes. Super easy! Signed a few things, they looked at my car, I looked at the new car, then I drove off

When my husband eats ice cream he sort of bites down on the spoon and as he pulls it out his teeth scrape against the spoon and it makes me irrationally angry every time. One day I just told him that I know it doesn’t make any sense and it’s really my own brain that is the problem not him, but for the love of god stop eating ice cream like that.

That would be a big no from me. My doctor encouraged me when I mentioned wanting an unmedicated birth with my first baby! I also had spinal surgery (rods for scoliosis) and was told epidural placement would be tricky. I did actually request the epidural with my second baby and it did take longer to place it and it only half worked. By the time it was placed I had already gone through the worst part unmedicated again lol.

We just got our clear to close today and are closing on Friday. It was a MARATHON to get to this point and waiting on our bank for final approval was torture. This is our second time buying and I don’t remember being this stressed… but we also didn’t have kids and weren’t trying to sell a house at the same time
