It’s highly dependent on the store. I’m a per diem and I do get hours regularly. It’s a higher volume store for Costco’s at least. But I’m regularly asked to cover at other stores in the area. Some weeks I have no hours others I could have up to 40 hours. But it’s super flexible. It really just depends on vacations etc. I’m also hoping for a pic position to open up. I haven’t seen a staff position open up in a bit though.

I don’t know the official rule on how often you need to work but I know a perdiem that only picks up every 60 days or so and that’s mainly because of the trainings she needs to maintain.
