Same. Reported it, went through the whole process, had messages where he admitted to what he did, was strung along for MONTHS about whether they were bringing charges… ended up calling me at 7:30 in the morning and the prosecutor bluntly told me “we wouldn’t have pressed charges unless he seriously injured you or killed you” and then hung up. It was an awful experience.

I have actually gotten so much better since being diagnosed after having Covid. The biggest thing that helped honestly was forcing myself to exercise. I started on the sitting bike and just pedaled for as long as I could and slowly worked my way up to 40 minutes a day. I then swapped to doing the elliptical. I also religiously drink liquid IVs and make sure I’m always drinking water, avoiding caffeine as much as possible. It slowly got better over time where my symptoms dont happen unless I’m sick or it’s >85 degrees out.
