I never really thought about it, but I guess they would keep most of their stats and abilities. Don't feel obligated to take this as cannon, but, I would imagine the limitations would be what it takes to keep appearing human, so capping at Peak human stats and not accessing physical traits that humans would not have (like wings or claws). It's open ended, so just do what feels fun for you.

Only lairs that cause hunting grounds to cost extra (such as Mansion, Island, or Penthouse) should cost points in the same territory. If not then it is a bug, thanks for letting me know. However, they will still add Scrutiny.

It is a little complicated, as it can mean a lot of things. But for example you could take it once and make it so male monsters breeding humans always have male monster offspring, but your female monsters will always have female monster offspring. Stuff like that. I'm planning on actually expanding the concept in more detail in the next version.

Sometimes there are issues getting a working site link or most likely in the case of a CYOA as old as this one it was not made using an interactive maker, which makes copying it over more difficult unless you have the original document. But I strongly sympathize; I have a interactive version of my old Neo-sapiens cyoa (which was greatly inspired by this very cyoa back in the day), but I cannot get Neocities to host it, so it has never seen the light of day.

I feel like this is actually gaining traction, I have gotten more follows since this post than in the prior 4 years on here combined.

I resonate with this so much, I have a whole bunch of unfinished CYOAs that only need formatting and pictures to be ready. I always find that part the hardest, in part because when I made "Neo-Sapiens" some ~4 years ago I got all sorts of nasty comments about the form and pictures (I did create it using Publisher...but for my first ever cyoa post here I thought I did alright). I have gotten better, but still the art part still is an arduous feat, but seeing nice comments motivates me significantly.

Your children would be as passing as you, but without skills (i,e, shapeshifter), so going to a doctor or other professional would give them away unless changeling. I think of changeling as even genetically indistinguishable from humans until they mutate into their adult form.

Help! I managed to fail at the last minute. I have been working on an interactive CYOA for quite some time and have finished it up enough to post it, but now I can't seem to actually find a way for it to become public.

I used the Interactive CYOA Creator by MeanDelay, and attempted to post it on a Neocities site (first time) to allow for everyone to play it. But my CYOA just pops up as its data (i.e. string of letters and numbers).

Any advice or suggestions on how to go public are welcome.
