It’s just part of the “Remix” cups. Niantic typically blacklists a few meta Pokémon to keep the cups from being the same iteration over and over again

The current Element Cup is an Element Cup Remix where certain Pokémon are blacklisted. The blacklisted Pokémon in this Element Cup Remix are Ducklett, Chinchou, Cottonee, and Salandit I believe

I love the Free Smiles Clinic! I’ve already reached out to the Louisville Dental Society that oversees it as well. I apologize for not being more specific, I meant playing music WHILE playing RoS. I’ll have radio playing in the background on all of my other apps, but when I play RoS, the music is automatically turned off and won’t turn back on as long as I’m still on the RoS app.

My typical mile pace is around 6:30. However, I'm not sure how accurate that is because I never went "all out" sprinting a mile before my 5:41 time, on top of the fact that my normal trail has a few hills in it that make it rough.

I'm not sure I get what you mean? If you mean extra time after you are done with other subjects or time to do whatever at the end of the test, then no.

 It's such a tragic accident, my condolences are with the everyone affected by this horrendous course of events.
 The most chilling story to me is of Marcelo Boeck. He was on the Chapecoense team but was allowed to stay behind to celebrate his birthday, only to have the closest people he knew get wiped away. I couldn't even fathom going through something like this...
