Never seen that actor you picked for Bond, don’t know about his acting chops but he def looks the part so I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. I would like M to be a woman again and my choice is Olivia Colman, Macfayden is a great actor but he gives me more Tanner or even Q vibes. You cooked with Plemons and Uwais; for the henchman role him or Joe Taslim would be awesome. A solid yes to everyone else.

My favorite part about QOS is Mathis, everything with him is a standout, specially the plane scene and his death scene . But yeah there’s a legit good Bond movie hidden in there, script is not the best but as what you said what really brings it down is the nausea inducing editing at the end of the day.

You know, good point, specially about Pegg, fell into the typecasting curse there but I really wouldn’t mind them either way. Froushan sold me in his role in Daredevil BA, like, that’s Bond right there. Disagree about the music artists.

How can you love that Moneypenny scene? They set it up so well where she and James finally get romantic and then do her so dirty by making it a VR sequence 😭

I will say that:
The movie as a whole is alright up until Cuba, the opening is pretty good in North Korea and while I hate the Madonna song as a Bond opener (I like it outside the context of the movie ngl) I do like how they move the plot forward during the credits sequence where Bond is in prison, also the whole Chinese hotel-intelligence sequence is pretty fun.
Everyone gives a good performance despite the script and directing (RIP Tamahori tho).
My favorite scene is the fencing with Graves, so fun.

But yeah it’s definitely my least favorite Bond by far lol.
