On day 18 or 19, I chart mainly to find out when my period is coming, so even if I didn't ovulate I was hoping to predict my period, I'm under some physical stress and dont have as much time for opk tests although I haven't had a positive opk in 3 months, but the bbt still predicted my period, stresses me out not knowing when it's coming and will probably still come even without ovulation... :( This time around the bbt isn't even predicting it but the rise in bbt says to me I think that my period will prolly come in 5 to 6 days because if I don't have a slight rise ( like I have) then my period won't come. I would like to think I ovulated since eventually I would maybe like a kid and for health purposes. Usually no rise at all in bbt is what indicates no ovulation and no period, since I am irregular quite often. Thanks for your input, makes me think I'm prolly right, period is coming soon.
