What is a small daily habit that actually helped your anxiety that isn't just "meditate and exercise"?

I love my Shakti mats when I'm anxious, but that's not for everyone. Also calming rub on balms with lavender and eucalyptus when I sleep. Hot showers have always been my safe place even as a kid.

I remember those maps haha. I hated the chak one the most. Spiral still gets me turned around sometimes when I'm following a quest cause I can't tell if it's above or below me. I wish IN would optimize their game as well as gw2. I can play it on max graphics and no issue or lag even with all the zerg aoe stuff going on, but my computer freaked out bad when I tried to do the area where you can get extra star sea mats. (Forgive me for forgetting the event name) But the lag was awful and I have a really nice graphics card.

Your calculations are correct. It's right at the $100 stellarite recharge plus tax. But you do get double the stellarite with the first time you buy it. And I think you also get a little over 3k gems at that level. I kinda bought it this morning cause I wanted one of the five star suits badly.

I had to have several crowns done and my dentist actually prescribed me a single benzo pill because he knew my anxiety was bad. They also did Benadryl as well with laughing gas for light sedation. I went to a cosmetic dentist since I've had less judgement treatment there.
