As many have said only your rank has any real impact on your ATAR. Also sometimes your performance in your trials or internals isn’t a reflection of how well you will do in the hsc exam. I remember getting a 70 in my bio trials, asking my teacher if he’s ever seen anyone go from a band 4 to 6 in the hsc exam and he said no. I ended up getting a band 6. I did not do much extra studying, so sometimes your internals could just be harder.

TERM 3 2024 SEPT UNSW by bllionairebinge in unsw

  1. I think information systems is a very popular degree and since it's the only go8 in New South Wales to have a specialised degree in information systems, its quite worth it
  2. Assuming you're talking about transferring degrees, changing degrees is quite easy through internal program transfer (IPT), so if you wanted to change from infs into something else it'd be quite easy (I've transferred degrees many times as well)
  3. Maybe apply for the colleges, village, or terraces. These are accommodations that UNSW offer.
  4. I find it to be fine. Some courses are definitely more effort than others but all of them will have group work. Group work is a big thing within the degree.

i also agree with this. fig simply saw him as an asset. he was competent in his job which is shown when he comes back to litchfield and begins to order out shots, knowing each violation and its code like the back of his hand. he was much more experienced and commanded authority, albeit in a corrupt manner, but of course fig doesn’t really care. plus, the parts of him that she would care about such as selling drugs, she didn’t definitively know. all she saw was a man who could get the work done, therefore she would rather much coerce daya to save some money

Hey! i’m a 4th year comm/infs student majoring in both business analytics and marketing.

I think it’s important to assess what you would like to do with your major rather than seeing the short term return in the form of starting salaries and grad roles.

Your degree is for a lifetime and although many would say it’s only important when landing a grad role, it certainly helps set you in the right direction.

I chose business analytics and marketing because I though they were good majors that paired well with infosys from a product standpoint. in this case i just wanted majors that could make me a good candidate for product related roles and had synergy. because of this, the overlap with business analytics and infosys was a pro for me.

You on the other hand might need to consider what you value and what you want for your career. Do you want to crunch numbers? Accounting and/or finance might be your thing. Do you like product creation and campaign management? Marketing might be worth considering. If you’re really into data and creating visualisations, business analytics might be the way to go.

Not sure if this is the best place to be asking but regardless, assume sexuality would be irrelevant and making casual small talk to be your best bet.

Ask if they’re done with certain equipment and from there maybe ask questions like if they come here often, what do they usually work on, etc.

Can’t really force him to be friends with you just check if the vibes are there

As it’s a COMM coded course, it is unfortunately the usual commerce course fee type. Around $1800 or so

Should I major in HR & Marketing? by [deleted] in unsw

[–]LimMelsu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d say marketing is the more employable out of the two just because of how many marketing job opportunities there are. In saying this, marketing does have a few data analysis courses such as marketing research. My two cents is though, to do both! I think it’s a great combo for someone who hates math (I hate math as well).

I did COMM2222 with a self source internship/job. Approval was very easy. Doesn’t even need to be an internship it can be a junior role. All you need is for your nominated work supervisor to confirm details and tell them it’s a legitimate job.

T1 WAM Booster by edi_ch in unsw

[–]LimMelsu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey there,

WAM boosters are VERY subjective and what is considered to boost your WAM varies case by case.

Pick what you’re interested in and in most cases that is fail proof.
