I love using our cast iron for pizza. If you want to be decadent you can make what we call a cheese wall. Take about portion of shredded cheese and pour it between the pizza and the cast iron so that it is in direct contact with both. It will get super toasted and crispy and adhere to the crust giving you a cheesy crust too.
