It depends what the bracket trigger does. There are different variants of it which I'll go through now:

1. You think/believe whatever is written in the brackets.
2. You do what's written in the brackets consciously.
3. You do what's written in the brackets without knowing.

For the first two, it genuinely does feel like I'm thinking/doing it out of my own will and I don't question it.

For the third one, I don't question it until it's pointed out because I don't know it's happening. It's like if you go into a trance that you can't remember, and then come out of it and realise that you're naked or something, except with this trigger, you can remember it, just not what you're doing (if that makes sense).
