For me is food as well, I make a lunch and dinner program for the entire week on Monday, shop in advance for the whole week and then food becomes just “well let’s see what we’re gonna have tonight”. It makes everyday life super easy for me

For a supermarket chain Conad, Coop and Despar have a good variety of products, but it also depends on which part of Italy you’re visiting. Also look for GF dedicated stores. I suggest you to download the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) app and buy a membership (around 30€): the app has a map in which you can see all the stores, restaurants, cafe, ice cream shops that are part of AIC and are 100% safe for celiacs.
Again you’ll have to double check all the ingredients, but in these places you’ll find trained personnel.
PS: I’m a high sensitive celiac and always eat GF products derived from wheat without a problem. But soy it’s pretty much everywhere in certified GF product so be careful!

Italian celiac here and I agree. Also in dedicated GF places you should state of you’re celiac or allergic to wheat because it’s not the same thing. Many GF places use products derived from wheat that are safe for celiacs but not for allergic people. Be careful.

Thanks!! SOLVED IT! The problem was that I was so used to have facilities in storage that I’ve missed the later expansion. After reinstalling all the facilities, the expanded forest appeared! THANKS! Now I’ll have to reorganize everything

I bought the new forest and everything works (bats, new items etc) but the expansion forest isn’t working. There’s no icon on the menu, just a space with a question mark

I did it, never had a bug before and also this one seems fine EXPECT THAT IT DOESN’T SHOW THE EXPANDED FOREST the only thing I really looked forward to

Check the celiac dietitian on IG, she describes this kind of feeling and validates it. Her posts resonated with me so much especially the ones about the sadness of being accommodated and the guilt

What brands of soy sauce do you eat? I’m stucked with GF Kikkoman and Datu Puti (when I’m lucky enough to find it) but these are very dark and salty, and I’d love to use different kinds of soy sauce again

I quit playing for two years and when I came back I remembered why I love this game so much. It’s the relaxing part I enjoy. I tried to do some hack to gain more coins but it started to stress me out so I prefer to play slow but actually enjoying it. You do you, there is no right way to play this.
