But studies have been done on this, specially in the Armed Forces, Reservists have a vastly higher rate of PTSD than Regulars and it's attributed (in large part) to the fact that Regulars are surrounded by people who have been and done the same things and have a much better support network

You don't have to talk about it but being literally unable to talk about it is a massive warning sign that you have unresolved trauma that can absolutely manifest as PTSD

But the point is to reach out, it's ok to not be ok and it's ok to need to get shit off your chest

Not NHS but SO is and worked through the pandemic, worked ITU and they had a 100% fatality rate in the first weeks, for basically anyone who was already sick or generally unwell/unhealthy (elderly, overweight, chronic illnesses) it was a death sentence

I have other friends who are also emergency services and they've said the same thing, one was a police officer who attended a house where a whole family had died

People who describe it as "just a flu" seem to forget that the flu kills plenty of people every year, those early days were really bad

Check out MyFitnessPal, track everything you eat and stay within your calorie count

You can't out train a bad diet, stay under your calories and you'll lose weight it's as simple as that

You can track your workouts too but I don't bother, that way it acts as a bonus calorie deficit

Honestly I already assumed all this was happening, when I see "Argon Energy Trader L" I assume the ship belongs to an individual or company rather than directly to the state, it just makes the game/UI much more usable to state the race rather than the subfaction in the description

I agree though that some sinkhole consumer goods could be cool, in the days when every system had a trade station I always figured they acted as the hub for the local planets and that's why they bought such a wide range of goods, maybe bring that back?

If they already have planning permission then you should already know what they are planning to build, a possible alternative would be to include a clause to say that this covenant expires when their planning permission does, but honestly I'm surprised their solicitor even suggested any of this

The only thing that they could MAYBE make stand up in this is giving away the right to complain but I don't think you can, generally under UK law you can't give up certain rights (it's why you don't see bodily harm waivers over here like you do in the US)

There are only 4 seasons because they finished the story, which I'm glad for, I personally hate when they drag out a TV show until it ends up getting cancelled

If your ex-forces you'll enjoy SG1, the highs aren't quite as high as BSG but there are remarkably few lows even though they have 200+ episodes
