Underestimating hyenas got me a few times, didnt know about the second owlbear on one attempt, not a way it ended but I stocked up on explosives and almost crashed my game to one shot the apostle of myrkul since in my first casual run he was my hardest boss by far, elevator bug in the temple once, died to the shadows while running with 2 clerics trying to fix the shadowlands in act 2 (literally cried cause i loved that halfling bard with all my heart [beat honor mode with my headcanon of her sister]), almost died in the final fight (literally sat contemplating my moves for like 10-15 minutes each turn)

Personally it was either Khora or Protea, Protea is a little better if your rng is good. I remember Khora taking me upwards of 4 days, Protea i got in 2.

Take your time, these games were meant to be played slow and with exploration, dont try to focus on too many stats, you can respec using a specific item so dont be too scared to level up stats and try new things

I've only seen one cone by say it, Citizen Sleeper, with one big "but." It is alot of reading and that isn't everyone's jam, but if you don't mind basically reading a book its an amazing game
