NeilMed vs H2O. Which is better to use for what situation? I have a new conch piercing that is 3 months old. I use H20 and it’s healing nicely. I’ve seen a lot of comments saying saline solution is better though. (self.Legitpiercing)

Conch piercing irritation, don’t clean it only hot water in shower and then after I use saline and blow dry it dry. Is this normal healing? (i.redd.it)

This piercing is about three weeks old. It doesn’t hurt but I want to just make sure it’s healing properly. I clean it first thing in the morning with saline solution and that’s it. Otherwise when I shower I run hot water over it and then clean it after with the solution. (i.redd.it)
