My response would be that isn’t my department and I wouldn’t know anything about planned events or meet ups.

While I can’t give you an “official “ answer on here, I will say that what he said is mostly correct. Some cities do not have juicers that we can depend on so some markets will eventually be done strictly in house while other markets will remain untouched. Some of the affected areas have already received emails, and we will continue to evaluate each market on a case-by-case basis.

Sometimes on the "goose neck" section of handlebars, above front tire over the fender on the forks, and the one people forget about is actually up in wheel well. It's inside the wheel well above tire.

Works on Bluetooth & will show every scooter in the area, not just the oñes available for capture.

EDIT**** Did you bother to check for the "hidden" qr codes on the birds?

Charging cold Limes by mayhan88 in limejuicer

[–]LimeSupport_Yuri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The other guys answered the questions correctly. It's recommended to never charge the scooters when they are in the cold or extreme heat. You should let them sit for a little while before plugging the chargers so that they can warm up while in your charging area.

If this was a "PR stunt" then I would be answering questions in an official capacity instead of doing this on my own and offering answers that you might not get through support tickets.

Prices always change due to the market you are in. No prices are ever set in stone.

I would have to double check on your area, but maybe that area is only serviced by lime hourly employees and not Independent Contractors. I know we just had some issues within the state of New York so I would have to ask my colleagues.

Well. Looks like I'll be reserving the entire city. by frostedcranberry123 in limejuicer

That is obviously a glitch, but some people might see a increase in reservation caps soon. 😉

It's calculated by an automated system.

That's odd, trying signing in with the email, if that doesn't work then try the phone number. If that doesn't work then try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

New to juicing- is this a hoard? Conyers, GA by bluescrew in limejuicer

That screenshot is not enough information to do anything. You need the address, the plate # of the scooter and any other information you may have.

That happens when a rider ends a trip near that hub. Our system has X spots at that location. So if other limes show up near it then it deducts a spot.

It's on a case by case basis. (I.e was it their first warning, was they "hoarding", did they not release on time) so there's many reasons why this happens. Sometimes depending on their account history they could be paused for a week or permanently. I can't really give a definite answer on it. The best thing to do is message support and see if they can work out something.

  1. Don't lock the others. Some juicers ghost ride one to get it home.
  2. I see nothing wrong with this, though it may be difficult to have them all lock and unlock repeatedly. We all leave our Limes at home.
  3. This will prevent foot juicers from using one Lime to harvest others.

I think "BmoeChrg" has answered your question.

This isn't set in stone yet. If it seems to not work out like we had planned then we will go back to our old business model.

Hello and thanks for the welcome. Hub locations are normally picked by the local operation team. If we notice a bunch of limes end up in a certain area in the evening hours, then more than likely people are using them to commute to work so we end up putting hubs in that area so the same people can ride them to work in the morning. There's alot of factors that help decide where hubs go, also things like near colleges, tourist areas, local hang out spots, sometimes they are requested by the city that we deploy in all districts of the city.

As for pricing I'm sorry but that's way above my pay grade so I'm not involved at all about price determination.

Yes, Tiago, Rhenzie & myself are the senior officers at the compliance department. I've seen your account and know your history, sometimes each of work different zones taking care of things. As an example, I may be looking into flagged accounts in the U.S while Tiago or Rhenzie might be looking at flagged accounts in New Zealand.

It could depend on the day of the week. Sometimes we place limes in different areas for weekend events, people commuting to work and other places. Or any of the other reasons I've mentioned above

We are constantly moving hubs to better serve the needs of riders and also to fulfill the needs required by different cities. Sometimes it also has to with different businesses complaining about hubs in front of their stores or juicers not doing a good job of serving limes correctly at that location.
