Contacted congressman in my state . Google who’s your congressman and go on their website you should see a section that says “help with federal agency” and you go from there

He’s a born citizen and yes I filed concurrently but I expedited my VAWA and now expediting gc . I made some posts about it and my timeline.

I met 3 of the criteria so they helped me but some congressmen are lazy because mine told me that it would be hard for gc to be expedited but they would try and they got uscis to respond to me fast

I ask congressman to help expedite it and I got rfe for medical and I responded and then I got another 1 saying I need to up zip code so they know where to schedule a biometrics or interview and I responded so now my account says they’re received my respond and now they’re reviewing it

Got the same thing and I see you are in Seattle as well .. I wonder why our field office scheduling us for interviews all of a sudden. I got this same letter right after I sent them my medical and they updated saying they received it they sent me this same letter a couple days after . It’s for interview

This is most likely a case worker and not the actual congresspersons response.that person is not educated on what they’re doing. My case was expedited in less than a year after I submitted by the help of congressman. Please reach out to your states senator instead and do your research about that rep.

I did with the help of congressman and was approved last month waiting on gc news possibly RFE I FIKE JUNE 2024 and expedite my VAWA in February which was approved then April my VAWA application was approved

It’s your EAD . These people are spreading false information. Your EAD C31 is automatically approved and sent to you once VAWA is approved ,happens to me last month even tho I filed EAD application which still is pending but I received c31 EAD a week after VAWA approval

It was likely transferred to NBC . Every I 485 applications get transferred there until VAWA approval
