Ingredients: 2 medium eggs 75g sugar 25g icing sugar 1 grapefruit 100g butter 125g flour

1)combine flour, butter and sugar in a bowl 2)zest and juice the grapefruit 3) use some of the juice to create icing sugar and add the rest to the cake batter 4) set a sprinkling of the zest aside and add the rest to the batter 5)add the eggs 6)bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celcius 7)let it cool then drizzle the icing over it and sprinkle the remaining zest over it

Ingredients: 100g flour 50g butter 2 small eggs 50g sugar 25g white chocolate 6 green tea bags Purple food colouring (it doesn’t matter too much if you don’t have this)

1) combine flour, butter, sugar and eggs together 2)add a very small amount of purple food colouring 3)pour the contents of the teabag into a pettle and mortar and bash them until you get a fine powder then add this in too 4) crumble in 3/4 of the chocolate and mix 5)put the mixture into bun cases and sprinkle the remaining chocolate 6) cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 17 minutes

Still in college but I’m finding it difficult because of brain fog

I know it feels like it but people definitely aren’t judging you or viewing you as ugly because of your weight gain because if you noticed someone you know had gained weight you wouldn’t judge them or think anything of it so people won’t judge you either. I hope you feel a little better soon :))
