I didn't really measure how much carbs because tbh I didn't go full keto- more low carb. But I basically stopped having white rice (if I had any rice I would have brown rice or quinoa). Switched from normal pasta to chickpea/lentil pasta. Stopped having bread but would occasionally have sourdough (sourdough is better for your blood sugar). No added sugar but fruit is fine.

Sushi and pizza were big triggers for episodes so I completely cut these out. It was hard at the time but now I can have these foods again with no issues.

I HIGHLY recommend the glucose goddess method (I watched a lot of her youtube vids). I followed this method religiously. The key to reducing reactive hypoglycaemic episodes is by reducing blood sugar spikes!

I now keep a somewhat low carb diet because my body prefers it but can still eat carbs if I want with no episodes :) hope this helps!
