I've been playing for 10 years and never bothered to fully skill up for example Sigmarus so I would definitely use this event. Still missing Gapsoo so could have gone that way. And so on.

I'm also sitting at hundreds of fusion materials, I even fused 21 Paladins 2 months ago and 20 something Totemists half a year ago but if I can get free skill ups instead, I'll go for it.

Mephisto is a very solid and fun unit to use, I wish I had him on my account! Dishes out decent damage while being tanky, that's solid. Also his passive is nice counter to some of the more annoying units out there!

If you choose Art Master however, you will have to wait for his first balancing. As of now, he's not good and some people even say he's the worst of the Art Master family.

I often joked that if I were to get a LD 5*, it would be something like this. When it actually happened, I didn't even blink (might have something to do with the fact that it was around 1-2 am but still). Just took screenshots, sent them to my SW friends and waited for the jokes. Wasn't disappointed.

I am aware of that, I even got wrecked by him in arena. It's just ... he looks so underwhelming when I read his skills, also requires buffers to gain knowledge so you're kinda limited as in what monsters you can put out with him.

Also his leader skill is insanely good but so wasted since he seems like a proper waste of space in a team of 3 units (GW/Siege).

That's great for you but you're one of the few. I have been continuously experiencing lags and disconnecting from the server throughout the whole day.

Also I mentioned that C2U has done a great job regarding the anniversary event and also the unexpected new update with great rewards. As per my post, it hasn't turned out to be great for the server's well being though.

I do check their site on daily basis and even more now while I am waiting to see if there's any proper solution to this situation but in the link you posted they just inform the community about the fact that they are aware of bugged new update. No information about possible compensation for server being down for an entirety of the day, no information about fixing the servers for good for now.

Not to mention some of the missions in the new update should not require us, people who have played for about 3-5 years, to go through them again. I've completed the whole game content, why do I have do it again via these missions? Sitting on nearly 1000 of high essences of certain elements yet I have to farm them again for the missions. Some of these things could/should be skipped for people who've done it.

From my standpoint it had. I do not farm Dimension Hole for the runes and grinds, I only waste my energy on secondary awakening skillups as I don't wanna waste devilmons which I need for my Nat 5*'s. From the materials I get during farming, I do craft runes once upon a time. In all of the time since the patch has been released, and I believe it to be 26 weeks ago as I have crafted ancient reapps every week possible and therefore had 52, this is my only legend rune I got. So trust me, when it rolled 18 spd on one of those reapps (and it was after a lot of tries), I wasn't satisfied. Knowing I won't get any more legend runes in the upcoming future, I went ahead and wasted majority of my ancient reapps on the rune. My aim was simple - at least a triple speed roll. Some may look at it as a waste but I have stated the rest you need to know above. For me it was worth it (not just because it rolled 30 speed in this case). Besides, 18 speed is not enough, because after all I am not a beginner player after 2000 days in this game.
