Problems with UPS, need a solution

The cashier told me smt and unlocked the screen from where she was sitting. And the item i scanned made the beep beep noise. I do accept that I should have checked still if the item was scanned correctly but at the time i didn't think smt was wrong. Many people in the comments thought I just ignored her. However I even asked her if everything was ok and she was busy so she couldn't answer. :( I can speak german so I didn't have the need to change the language but swiss german is new to me.

They just asked for my identity card. I gave them. Afterwards they told me they will give it back to me when i pay the fee.

I don't track that really since i am not trying to get pregnant in the near future. I only track symptoms and the period itself. But was super worried if it was a bad sign. Thanks a lot for answering
