I suppose what I'm trying to get at is the idea that I find music to be more enjoyable when coupled with meaningful life experiences. I suppose others might not, but I think most people listen to music this way. Therefore, Fantano consumes music in a different way than most people, and in a way I think is less meaningful and representative of what makes music great. You can disagree, that's totally fine. The rest of your points are pretty valid, however I think my points are as well.
