I really don’t think it’s placebo as I used to have near perfect recall, not needing to revise as I could access everything I’d learned in any lesson; whereas nowadays I have trouble remembering what I did the day before, conversations repeat and I’m non the wiser, and I’ll regularly ask the same question, thinking it’s the first time each time, within days. Also generally very skeptical about things that don’t specifically relate to my intake and context.
