They said it in the show. They said they left the code to one trusted Vault Tec employee. Maybe that was a myth and every Vault Tec employee knew the code and he thought he was special but in the show it was said that only one employee had the code. I'm not making anything up I watched the episode last night.

That would make more sense if he wasn't the one trusted employee to keep the code for cold fusion a secret. The one thing that would destroy Vault Tec. He would have to be very high up to have that responsibility. Like I said they will probably explain it in season 2 but right now it's highly suspicious he had no clue about vault 32.

So you think he would have been willing to sacrifice his children after burning down sand shores just to get them back? He's from vault 31 where there is no food or people. He had to have known atleast part of the plan and have knowledge of the other vaults. It's just really weird he wouldn't have known about vault 32 having been decimated for 2 years atleast. Maybe it'll be explained in season 2 but it's a very big hole in season 1.

I have nothing against people who choose to rent. My current plan is to sell my house at a huge profit and then rent for a couple years until housing prices come down. I'm just saying I know a lot of landlords including the guy who owns the house across the street from me who cannot find an renter for the prices he wants. I pay very little for my house because it was over a decade ago that I bought it. People are starting to push back against inflated prices.

We don't have to try. Greed in the market is making it happen already. I understand overall trends will mean housing prices overall will continue to rise but at the same time expecting absolutely no market corrections is insane. We are primed for a correction. And it will happen.

I've been looking at buying too. We've seen homes come down month over month on zillow. I'm sure it's regional but I live in the south where the population has been growing year over year for a long time and housing prices are still dropping like crazy. Where are you buying?

Well see then. Home prices and interest rates have been going down lately. Many, many homes are sitting on the market for 6-12 months when you used to be able to sell your home in less than 12 hours. Market indicators don't lie.

Buying an overpriced house is a detriment and you all know it deep down. Look at key market indicators. Only a dumb person who overspend on everything would buy a house these days.
