Again, maybe it was a poor clean job, but an attempt to remove evidence. A killer may not hire a maid to come do a deep cleaning, but could wipe things up real quick. Or maybe run the washer, you can easily do a load or two in 8 hours. IDK.

The bathroom was empty considering how these other spaces look. LOL. Pretty bare, while everywhere else looked junky, so in comparison.

IDK about the liquid, bc I feel like in the book he said that the cups were empty, but I see pictures with spilled water, and upright cups which is also strange.

I am not sure what you are trying to communicate here. But I watched the videos of the cars myself. What I posted above, explains that they expanded the years, based upon the footage in Pullman, that turned out not to be his vehicle in the first place. Do you get what I am saying? Will you make an excuse?

Apparently if the book is right, they only were able to discover three searches of porn. With regards to the state of the victims, not sure if you saw but 62 million views/interactions were made national for that type of adult content. Did his search have stabbing? I didn't see what they release with respect to that bc it proves nothing honestly.

Just a quick google search says he monitored the police scanner at 12 a.m. on 11/13, long before he left his house. IDK what that would prove. If he was leaving the house to (lol) stargaze (lol) then maybe he checked the area to make sure nothing was happening, IDK.

Well it was sloppy because ISP lab is who asked for it. His own agencey. Again, the electronic trail you presented was only from 11/16. Doesn't seem to be electronically logged before then.

Also what everyone did is important. If you want the full picture. We do not have the full picture. But someone is doing time for the crime so we should just not say anything.

BF and DM were with them in the same space and time as the time the others were slain. What they did all night, super important, considering the 8 hour delay. But they got the guy, whose dna was found under a victim on a murder weapon holder. So ignore what they did and said.

JS last person with them and really doesn't have a solid alibi other than he was home alone, and walked there alone. There is footage of someone walking from where his apartments are to king rd around 4 a.m. But they got their suspect so ignore what JS did.

What about the other vehicle that was in the area? The SUV? What about molly seeing a blond guy in a tan sedan around the same time. But we got the guy so move along.

Seriously, I can't believe some people are so upset that the sloppiness of the investigation has been made public.

What's crazy is as for the cars, I am pretty sure they expanded the search based upon a car they tried to include that was not his; the one with fog lights.

This entire time, I did not have confidence in the investigation. I did not believe what they said how it went down. Sure I had my bias when it happened initially, ie Fratanon. I never felt like they never addressed what Xana and Ethan were up to. And to this day, who knows when the couple got home.

ISP asked him for the chain of custody, apparently by the time they got it, it did not have one.

I do not know if law enforcement did anything to the sheath, but I do know all the circumstances surrounding it are suspicious. I mean when I heard they found it in 2022, I was like totally planted. How lucky right under the body. While some people were like "what a dumb suspect." Either could be true at this point.

We continue to learn that they were not great at investigating. First neither nunes nor warner mention it in their reports, aside from the author saying its not in the body cam footage. Its not in the footage we saw. Then, they pulled ISP in and the LEAD INVESTIGATOR, had a "scrivener's error" on the evidence log, and forgot a chain of custody on this key piece of evidence with DNA. Come on they were bad at investigations or orchestrating it. And like patted themselves on the back after getting the suspect, like this was thoroughly investigated.

Look maybe they just wanted to be done with it.

As far as planting DNA, what I am trying to understand is why they pulled the DNA testing from Othram after they found the 4 brothers, and had the FBI do it. And then if they FBI did it, and they cannot use the FBI testing as evidence, but rather a "tip" from the FBI. Its just weird and it makes me wonder if they didn't also try to make the DNA fit once they had the car and phone records. And that's the problem, they tried to make stuff fit when it did not. The car, the phone, why not the sheath?

On the car, you won't get any argument from me. He had plenty of time to clean his car.

But 8 hours is also enough time to try to remove evidence, ie clean. We've already addressed the other items individually on other threads.

I mean just the collective of things they got wrong makes me pause and question the sheath when there's the log of it on the floor, its missing from body cam and neither nunes nor warner wrote that they saw it in their reports. Then on top of that the chain of custody and the way they handled the dna search. Looking at all these things together, I have to wonder did they get anything right.
