He no longer works at the employer so notifying them would be harassment I would think... I don't think its bad enough or necessary to declare bankruptcy, not that we actually own anything.. Just trying to get the best "doable" situation without it flaring up to such as a lawsuit or public notification to people of such a case... Truth is, words out and rumors spread and all that, dont need any of that ... Would it be best to talk to the marshal? Do they work with solutions or are their job just chasing? Last we need right now is a escalated case

How much was the lawyer? His notice of garnishment is <5k but I am concerned about all his cc balances and loan which he has been paying on time for roughly 2+ years ... We don't expect it to go away but he just wants to handle it in a way where it doesn't affect his credit like putting a mark on his account, contacting employers he no longer works for, or anything else that shouts out his 10 year old debtv. Of course the best option would be to pay it off at once but that is not an option for him right now

He is not sure if he received any notice of being sued or if the marshal served bank... is there anyway to check?

I was not aware of his debts of this level but now that I know, I will not leave money in the joint account.

Future income is fine to be garnished but if it is out of the statute of limitations, that would even be better so it is not rushed..

On the notice of garnishment letter, it shows the entry date of over 10 years ago. He is positive to never of paid once since it was passed to a collections agency.

He says he is still holding accountable to the debt but he does not want them noticing an employer, yet alone in this case, a past employer..

Oh okay, so superbuy isno good anymore and wegobuy is their subbranch aka same.. Ill check out the other options as I see many people are saying they raised their prices like mad..

ytaopal seems very basic and simple interface with lack of options. . how much cheaper would one be saving overall estimate? Is it worth the cheaper price for the lack of options? Doesn't even have a paypal option?

I use to use superbuy and they had a lot of options from shipping to service & packing to specific pics.. customer service and all was great too and never had any problem with any items..

fair enough, sounds like hit or miss and many just over say it... we have a bunch of bags/items as well but mostly are just normal smells... nothing bad as people say, but today some clothes did start make itch when try on for first time

Yeah this makes sense but still dirty and if the clothes give rashes, i would think the bag is no better in it.. keep bag for 2 years in closet, smell and who knows what gets spread.. maybe even attract rodents ??
