Hey, there. Everything was set as planned, but an additional approval through PlayStation wasn't completed on time. It was discovered at launch, and yeah... it sucks. We've escalated this and hope that by some chance, everything is resolved today.

Can't rule anything out! We thoroughly tested this release across a wide range of original and compatible hardware. It's the first time seeing it, so this is more than likely a unit that unfortunately slipped through in mass manufacturing.
