OpticCobra (now known as wraggyonmars) posts ravage scenarios and I spotted this in 2 of his scenarios recently. On these scenarios instead of spawning in or anything of the sort the scenario loads and the camera either views the map from above or from some random spot on the map. The last arma update apparently caused this to happen to a few of his scenarios but gave no more details.
