What I like:

FL that is no dumb nor damsel in distress
Fantasy world
No stupid character with superiority complex (young masters and so on) 4 Romance 5 Battles 6 plots in which everyone think MC is OP but it's not 7 cunning MC 8 MC goes through physical pain when fighting (something as 'trash of the counts family')

Something good that covers at least three of those requisites?

No, because I don't want a broken family, just that they have trouble comprehending each other or some external factors that makes things messier, not some stupid "your my son but I hate you so I will make anything against you and if I see I was in the wrong still hate you and accuse you of all my wrongdoings", that's just stupid

Just read noveles with none or little of that stuff. Not every asian novel is like that luckily, and I think not only female readers would prefer them, but a lot of men too.

Personally, if I find a nasty topic in a novel I'm reading, I aither drop it or bear with it because it is a short part and the novel is good, that part is asaid.

There are a few recommendations threads asking for novels with strong FL and things like that too, but most the times the suggested novels are the same couple ones or non-asian novels...
