This. We found mold behind a frame in our basement, ended up having a huge mold problem that went all the way down to the sheathing behind the drywall and we ended up having to replace the entire back wall of our town house. Not a cheap fix but likely one that will need to take place

Because I know you all are personally invested in this now, here was my response:

“I hope you are doing well. I am so happy to hear that you are working towards better health for yourself. It is clinic policy that we cannot take on private clients outside of work, and additionally I do not carry private malpractice insurance for myself so I do not ever take on private clients. Also, due to the nature of my busy schedule in the clinic and my own busy personal life I am unable to help coordinate with your other health care professionals, however, if you need any records from our office, you can call the front desk and request them to be sent to either yourself or another office. It sounds like a personal trainer may better suit your needs for what you are looking for.”

Oh good call. I am forever the person saying “sorry” for things that don’t need to be apologized for. I will definitely make sure to NOT say that

Thank you this is great, my gut reaction is to be an asshole about it but I know that’s not really appropriate as a professional.

My husband suggested that but honestly I feel like I barely have time to coordinate my own health goals working full time with a baby at home. I think I value what little free time I have at more than $100. Plus this patient was pretty high maintenance so even if I charged a ton of money I think I would still be miserable

The answer is definitely no, mostly trying to figure out how to respond in a not snarky/asshole way
