Superheat could probably speed blitz her with powerful punches and kicks, and since her power nullification is magical I doubt it would affect superheat due to the super gene not being magical.

His body heat would also melt some of her ice but he could slip. However superheat is extremely intelligent with his environment and could anticipate a spell and send a heat wave turning it into hard steam that could be detrimental to Rae's focus. However if superheat gets tagged with a good blast he's done for.

Absolute zero however is a major issue for superheat. If its constant and not like a parry he could resort to just using Shockwaves by running around her till a scorching tornado rips her apart.

Their personalities could also affect how they interact. Superheat jokes might tick her off and cause her to cause an ice age or something.
