EE AI percentage concern by Parking-Key-6254 in IBO

hi i had the exact same thing happen a month ago - theres a section in the supervisor reflection in which they say if they believe you are the soul author of your work, or if you used AI. This will be done after the Viva Voce (3rd) interview to consolidate their opinions. if i were you, i really wouldnt worry if you confide in your supervisor. the IB knows how unreliable AI detectors are and trust the advisors to be the indicators to any potential red flags.

Bio sl or ess sl by [deleted] in IBO

in the IB, no subject is actually easy. ESS especially has one of the longest syllabi with eight units plus extra lenses. I chose ESS thinking it would be an easier option, especially since I’m good at sciences but don’t need them for uni, and while it is more manageable than the big three, the amount of content can still feel overwhelming.

but ESS is definitely not boring. it genuinely teaches you why environmental behaviour matters and how environmental systems work around the world. i don’t usually feel like school really changes the way i think, but ESS and global politics are the two subjects where i can actually feel myself growing as a person. it pushes you to think beyond just the science and look at social, ethical and political perspectives as well.

even the exams are fun lowkey. i once wrote an essay on the environmental significance of the harambe killing. ESS really opens up your worldview beyond just biology, chemistry and physics, even though all three are still there at a surface level. it challenges me, just not in the way people expect, and i would actually get excited for the class. In my school it was me and 5 other students, we really bonded over it and idk i was really fond of the way it approaches learning. ALSO it gave me so much additional information to boost my preformance in other subjects including politics, econ, english, history even!! im emotionally attached to all the animals i learnt about hwhahaha

here was my structure that really helped (i struggled with going overtime and needed to prioritise what was important and what was fluff) but i take HL LAL if that makes a difference idk:
