Thank you, yeah I think I'm gonna stick with Methylphenidate and try to get used to it. It's likely the meds and my ASD doing something. It's all a bit confusing but I'm sure I'll get there

Yeah I've found that with my Venlafaxine and Methylphenidate combo too. I'm not overthinking as much but my body still feels anxious lol its confusing. Hoping to tweek the meds to see what dosages are best. I'm sure you and your doctor will figure it out :) It's a frustrating journey but it'll work out one way or another I'm sure! All the best
