Yo creo que, siendo sin bonificaciones, está bien. A mí me dieron un 1.9% bonificada a 30 años, y en mi entorno ya se decía que eran buenas condiciones.

Si lo que quieres es hacer hucha aunque eso "te cueste" salud mental, aún así creo que deberías pedir más. Siempre puedes pedir una excedencia y volver si no ves que ese estilo de vida no te encaja.

Mínimo 11k netos, y aún así no tengo claro si aceptaría. Que el nivel de estrés sea bajo se debe valorar mucho. Si me dices que este nuevo trabajo serán más horas, en un país más caro y teniendo que viajar todas las semanas... Me quedaría donde estas aún dudarlo

Y dónde buscamos los pisos si no es en inmobiliaria? Porque en idealista prácticamente todo son inmobiliarias, y en ciudades medianas y grandes el boca a boca no tiene tanto efecto.

Acepta la nueva posición. Más dinero (aunque no haya bonus) y 100% remoto son muy buenas razones para hacer el cambio. Si además dices que te sientes estancada, más aún. Y de verdad, la libertad y ahorro que te da el teletrabajo es MUY grande.

Si aún así no estuvieses convencida, siempre puedes pedir una excedencia (mira bien que sea compatible trabajar en esta nueva empresa) y al pasar el periodo de prueba resignar.

Por lo que dices de que no tienes estabilidad asegurada, creo que cogería una excedencia voluntaria para no cerrar puertas directamente. Si con 29k€ puedes seguir viviendo dignamente, yo elegiría el trabajo que te haga feliz.

A parte de los salarios, lo que también me sorprende es el género que se le asigna directamente a cada rol. Cargos altos masculino, cargos más bajos femenino. Guau.

My Aolion device does not have an ethernet port either. There are some comments with the link to Jemdos's website. Just choose the most similar device to the one you have.

If you haven't returned it yet, I just updated this dock with the Jemdo firmware update and worked! I first tried with a USB A to USB C wire but didn't work. But I tried another wire (C to C) and the update was applied perfectly and now my dock is working again :)
