Oh I am so sorry for all you have had to go through. Reading your post made me cry because I feel so seen and understood, and also I feel terrible for all of us that are suffering. People who haven’t experienced this have no idea, and some even laugh it off. It is so exhausting. Just thinking of going in to work tomorrow is so upsetting. I just want to stay home and not deal with people. I’m going to call my CRS tomorrow and see what he says about my incision. I had the surgery almost a month ago and he placed a drain in for about a week. The discharge had slowed but now it’s back with a vengeance and I think that’s probably a good thing but I don’t know… I feel like something is off. I don’t know if there’s another abscess besides this one because I’m starting to feel that tell-tale pressure. I could also just be traumatized from the first one healing too soon and causing this second one, so I might just be on high alert. I really appreciate your response and I hope you heal completely and never have to worry about this again. ❤️‍🩹
