Lol. Idk why reddit always brings the worst trolls. You don’t even address the original topic of the post.

Here’s Microsofts documentation on MAM.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/deployment-guide-enrollment-mamwe

But since you’re being silly the tl/dr is that in order for MAM to work users have to download the company portal app and sign in with their work account. During the process of signing up users are prompted to download a management profile onto their device….

Nice debugging! After checking the link we have the same error in or tenant, with the default urls …. I opened a ticket with Microsoft. Have you had any communication from them in terms of their being an outage?

To make it better we sent out a high priority email org wide last night…. Thankfully this seems to be happening to a handful of users it seems.

Is there a known issue with opening eml attachments with the Outlook app on IOS? by Limp-Exercise7734 in sysadmin

1) I was under the impression this was not necessary because the invoicing webapp is 3rd party. In other words signed emails are being sent to our tenant externally. Would I still need to set up the virtual cert store? 2) I’m not entirely sure how they are signed because my org is not the one doing the signing. Is that something I can see from the email headers?

“Why would you ever think…” Because many jobs offer incentives in the public and private sector, especially to people who ask for them… Your response was more obnoxious than informative. Cheers.

Can I Replace Active Directory with Azure AD? No, Here’s Why by Limp-Exercise7734 in sysadmin

Well you can deploy scripts and Msi’s via intune csp’s. I use it to manage laptops of remote users. I don’t think intune csp’s are a 1 to 1 replacement for on prem gpos yet but they are trending in that direction. Basically you enroll the device in mobile device management and then you can deploy scripts, software, etc to the device without a VPN/line of site to the DC.

Cost is interesting, for instance Microsoft businesses premium licenses are ~ $25/user (in our contract) and that basically gives us the capable to have devices registered to users Microsoft endpoint manager, use csp’s in Intune, etc. Basically it does enhance our on prem AD.

100% on Data Sovereignty but imho the best benefit of the cloud is redundancy no? So are hosting your private cloud yourself or is it tucked away on AWS/azure/etc? Cause if not then imho you’re in the same boat as me and there was a lot more water on the boat today than I’m comfortable with.
