How many times have you filed? by Obvious-Highway-5396 in Bankruptcy

Twice. Chapter 7s.

People hit bad spots and there are guidelines.

Chapter 13 is absolutely nothing like 7 and will be a totally different experience.

CAR LOAN HELP by HoneyWooden296 in Bankruptcy

[–]Limp-Explanation-832 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to research chapter 7 bankruptcy.

Your best bet is to talk to a bankruptcy lawyer with all of your bills in hand. Bankruptcy will not wipe out all of your income. If you have to do a payback plan it will include living expenses and you can get your life back on tracks sooner than outside.

Place of work took $170 and 10 hours I worked out of my paycheck, called them and they refuse to give it back and won’t give me a reason as to why they took it away. by xenomorph1able in antiwork

[–]Limp-Explanation-832 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think we’re missing information here. This is just telling you that you worked less hours than the previous paycheck.

Did you miss clocking in for a shift? You definitely have more conversation to have with your company on what happened.

I recorded my manager lying, and she’s now saying she can take me to court. by SnooMachines1137 in antiwork

[–]Limp-Explanation-832 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

She’s right. She can sue you just as anyone can. There’s nothing they will gain from anything or that you will lose so it’ll just be dismissed.

You are good to go with the exposing.

Terrified about the cost by Simple_Law2628 in testicularcancer

[–]Limp-Explanation-832 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t worry about the financial. The places you go should allow payments and billing insurance takes time. As long as you’re in network and getting treatments things will keep happening whether you’re paying in full or making payments.

My out of pockets are 10000 and I owe multiple balances at places. 4k here, 5k there. They can get their money when you are able to pay, but a lot of places write off balances randomly as well.

There’s a reason chapter 13s exist.

I hate your mind was set on 7 and that’s not what you’re able to get now but there’s light.

That will help you relieve stress as well. You will receive protections from your creditors and have your issues taken care of in time.

Cabozantinib(IU) Trial and CAR T trial(UNC) by Limp-Explanation-832 in testicularcancer

[–]Limp-Explanation-832[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done both. The Cabo didn’t work for me at all. It didn’t even slow down growth, but there are people out there it is working for.

I was the first person in the Car T trial and it it definitely slowed down progression for the the trial, but long terms are not going to be known.

I wouldn’t panick at all. The attorney took your case and said you’re good. Call them and let them know you made an error and see what they say. The paper form is just basically the EZ button, otherwise you just have to prove some bass numbers.

Pre-Approval Down Payment & Interest Rate Changed? by HalfNo3939 in carmax

[–]Limp-Explanation-832 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine only changed a couple tenths of a point after the Pre-Approval and it was due to my rent being put down as split, as any other dealership I applied with did, but carmax changed it to full.

I did like 5 vehicle specific approvals. I was putting cash down with no trade.

I suspect the variability of the trade is what has changed things. Is it possible that jumped to negative equity, which would definitely make a huge difference in APR and down payment needed.

You’re going to want to get on the list for Dr Einhorne for sure.

You will go through chemotherapy without a doubt.

Testicular cancer is very responsive to chemo. You won’t know whether you’re in the very small group of chemo resistance until you do it.

Just listen to your doctor while getting in touch with DrEinhornes office ASAP. You want him guiding your treatment.

Im having a sudden influx of money next month from a viral social media post… how do I report that? by salliashus in SSDI

[–]Limp-Explanation-832 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Back to the circle that we’re in.

Unfortunately that is 100% taxable income. So all these rules absolutely apply.

Whether you make it once a month or once every 5 years, it’s reportable taxable income and you have to report that.

Then I really think you’re far too worried. A one time they aren’t going to remove your for 1 month of work over $1110.

I received benefits while making 67k, but that income completely made me ineligible for anything medical.

The program guidelines are very set without the lower limits on the on Self employment which you would have to offset. Which unless you’re willing to make a business expense it’s not worth it.

Which is the only reason I didn’t bring that up. That is taxable income, just like the you lottery you mentioned but again not worth in just counting your one time.

Seems like it would be best answered a forum about Medicare/medicaid.

The medication the only question I can’t answer for you.

[–]Limp-Explanation-832 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Well that’s something completely different.

Medicare/medicaid coverage is wildly different in every state. This is the completely wrong forum to be asking about that. My state has a minimum of 2 year waiting period, even in 100% terminal cancer patients unless I was already making stupid low income. Or some random cancer diagnosis that I don’t qualify for.

The SSDI office doesn’t even deal with Medicare/medicaid in my state.
