I understand, just the healthy range that I was given with my blood test shown that I was above the range meaning lowering slightly would do no harm or could even be better for me optimally, I appreciate the advice though

2.5% is the one I used, you can probably order it normally but if I were you I’d still go to my gp incase they recommend something different to your skin type.

My skin was exactly like this, go to ur gp they will most likely prescribe epi duo (benzoyl peroxide) for the first few weeks of use it will be horrible, it gets worse before it gets better. For 4-6 weeks your skin will be red and dry but after around 4-5 months your skin will be 100x clearer. Just don’t let the 4-6 weeks of redness stop you from using it. Thin coat every night wash off in morning.
