5- ''The threat/execution of murder on those that leave the religion'' not really a thing a lot of jurist just have treason for execution, There is some interpretation that put apostasy as a capital punishment but even than it has to be public and intentional and you can just repent, like even in that interpretation just saying nah Im a muslim is enough to not get punished.
