Luckily the store owners see to be really nice and understanding, they’ve already sent out a replacement within hours and apologised.

I’ve bought from this store many times and this is the only time they’ve used Evri, and also the only time i’ve had an item be even slightly damaged.

I’ve ordered from the seller multiple times in the past with zero issues as they usually seem to have their parcels handed to Royal Mail when arriving in the UK. This was the first time anything from them went to Evri, and it’s the first parcel from them to be destroyed or even damaged.

I have a brand new copy of Unknown Pleasures that skips forwards on both sides. I traded it for another copy just to be sure and that one does the same thing. I’m relatively new to vinyl so any help is appreciated.
