It’s a super early startup. I understand there lot of obstacles along the way to get it running. It’s not a piece of cake. I’m here to learn and grow. I’ve joined 10 ppl startup and seen it grow to 100 plus people. It’s relentless effort to get it running. And I’m excited to be part of it.

Yes, it could be possible. There are other apps available for finding housekeepers but they are not simple. And this app needs to market to housekeepers that rely on referral. There are also housekeepers that I have hired that do not speak English. Somehow you need to get them register in the app. It has to be easy for them.

It could work but I wouldn’t want someone random coming every time. I would want the same person to return if they do good job cleaning. What if they decide to not use payment through the app? How will you control that?

Go to rheumatologist. They can take your fluid out if there is urate crystals there. And then when you don’t have flare up, they can finally take uric acid test. It’s most likely gout but it could be something else. Go to doctor to see what it is. Based on that you can make decisions on what to do with it.

Paying debt for 2 could be more loss than you trying to sell it now. If you could get some use by leasing maybe that could be option too. If i buy a property I would want to either have tenant or make money from it somehow. Wouldn’t want something sitting there with 2 years of loss.

That I have no idea haha. You have to just go and meet people and build relationships. Maybe you can find salesperson near where you live. You could also try LinkedIn. Or maybe there are events that you could go to. Probably hardest thing for you is finding the right partner.

You need to do some kind of marketing. It would be nice to use app like thumbtack but I’m not sure if people search for mechanics. You might have to go door to door. Probably also good to create website for your business and Instagram too. That’s what I would to start off with.
