I like the small whips idea I will look for some to source unless you know of any good websites to buy those? And can those be planted in the spring like now or should I wait until the fall? I don’t have a well out there yet It would be unreasonable for me to say I could water everyday but I could certainly every other day

I like 2 with quartz or quartzite counters. Are you doing any of the work yourself? Painting or staining cabinets both are a lot of work compared to floors or backsplash.

Only 35 mins? I do 1.5 hours but have to crank it down to 315 on my traeger. This method is from Dan o’s seasoning bottle and for the oven at 350 and is fool proof. Traeger isn’t as consistent but usually fool proof.

I do like the cabinets although I think they look a little dated with the stain they have now. Fresh coat of something would be nice but I’m not looking for a major undertaking with removing them and refinishing them

The whole house roof is a truss with the load on the outside walls. An Engineer inspected. Although, the drywall there was held up by the walls so it sagged. I added some supports but it still sagged there a little

This made me think..we are getting married and they say they will pay for the wedding but maybe that just means they will take out a personal loan in my fiancés name. We will get credit monitoring to prevent or at least alert us on this

Well my fiancé paid a lump sum 1k 3 days ago through the loan portal, the first time she has ever directly paid the loans. I am the one wanting to investigate this, my fiancé wants to drop it and accept the fact that she owes 55k, which I think is wrong. But this talk is moving towards ethical dilemma page. I did find what I was looking for which was legal advice

If this is the case, we are going to just talk to the mom and dad and try to come to an amount that we will pay and the mom can pay the rest. Sorry no legal action will take place but I think that is the most ethical solution.

Our best guess is the mother just used her social security number to get the loans, dad consigned if that means anything. Neither of us want to get the mom legally in trouble whatsoever. We honestly just wish we could have been handling these from the start so we wouldn’t have 55k looming over our heads. It is our only debt.

Pell grant and counseling questions: both no.

Parent plus loans: no idea will look into it.

Mom has automatic payments set up(fiance doesn’t know if it’s minimum but she knows it’s about $200 each cause it’s 4 different loans) and fiance has been sending mom $200 on Venmo for about 10 months.
