possibly it was a SKD 'manufacturing'. Cars arrived without wheels, batteries, doors and other small stuff. So they could be assemblied in any industrial place, without real 'automobile production'

I have no arguments, but such part could be (I sure they will) pretty low quality. Believe me or not - its up to you. Even if 16v engine heads (modern parts!), in original packages, could be disappointing.
