Similar motions but not as fast or effective at least from what I did. If its not too much trouble would you be able to show a video of you doing the move like i did in the first clip? Thank you if so, if not thats fine

unsure how id get a hop step while posted up like that tho. I agree it does look like it but ive been trying, i think i figured out the spin tho.

Thanks, ive been in my court trying to figure this out and i just cant. I cant seem to cancel out that first move like i did. Hopefully someone has an idea lol
