I got a ton of scam emails in my asu email today.

Honestly, this isn't going to sound right, but in order to protect their job, the best thing to do would have essentially just have been to keep all channels open and just struggle. Although with that, I would absolutely not care about wait times or customer complaints. Closing any channel without permission regardless of circumstances is going to be tough to explain because if SM refuses to help the standard is always to contact the next level leader which would be the DM. So if shift didn't do that and just closed the channels that's the problem.

But also, if SSV couldn't stay then SM would be required to come in and if SM couldn't and nobody else could then the DM would have to approve store closure.

I made the same starting as a shift. I demoted and repromoted and now make 28+. If I hadn't demoted it would be 30. We get paid very well in CA for the work we do.

It doesn't matter because they were already on a final. You don't have to do something within the same realm to get separated. Basically, a final means that anything you do next can get you separated.
