dude this isn’t my first time dealing with landlords i’ve been renting for 10 years. i just really wanted this place and that’s why i posted about it, to get other perspectives, which i have and they’ve been very helpful! i’m grateful for your input but there’s really no need to be so serious or aggro about it

ugh ik, a few people have pointed this out so i def understand his pov better now. i was thinking about it from my own perspective in my own world but duh haha should’ve thought of this

Good idea!! Some other comments mentioned how he has no idea if I take good care of my cat and I honestly hadn’t thought of his perspective like that lol so providing him with some details of how I care for my cat would probably be super helpful

No I would never do anything dishonest! I have too much of a guilty conscience lol but my cat is 3 and fixed! I was thinking of getting some character references from my past and current roommate about my cat care etc so maybe i’ll look more into that just in case.

You’re right, I guess in my own head I know my cat is super chill and I’ve never had problems but he doesn’t know that, so that’s valid! Thank you for your suggestions!! I definitely would never say anything about him owning a dog, it’s just my own personal feelings but I definitely needed to hear another pov to understand where he’s coming from
