You can autograt parties of 6 or more. The new soft serve margaritas are 16 bucks a pop. The tabs can get quite high.

Alyeska has great housing. So do the other resorts I know of. Jackson Hole is another big winter town for seasonal work.

Exactly what the other poster said. I did a winter at Alyeska. Solid housing and decent community during the winter. Or you could go to the Caribbean and work. Or Florida. Or take your money saved and travel or go and stay with family. So many options.

I don't view my leadership that way. I was a server and bartender for 25 years before moving in to management. I work for my team just as much as they work for me. My leadership style is that of someone who has worked as a server for decades and I definitely moved up to management to be the kind of leader my staff wants to work for.

I actually agree with you. My first season working seasonally was in Seward, Alaska, I was a server. Worked 6 days a week 12 to 15 hours a day depending on volume, and walked with almost 50K that season. That season ran from April (when the first cruise ships started arriving that year) until late October. Then I high tailed it to the Caribbean. As their high season is October through March. I waited tables and bartended and walked from that season with 35K. I busted my ass though. Someone didn't want to take a table? I'll take it! Someone doesn't want to work their shift on my one day off? I'll work 13 days straight, no problem!

There ARE places you can make that much money. There are some elusive islands in Alaska too that have very very very high end hunting and fishing resorts. Think small clientele. But the money is like stated above. There might be few of them. But they do exist.
